GTM Sportswear Recognized by Inc. 500|5000

For the sixth consecutive year, GTM Sportswear® was recognized by Inc. magazine in its annual Inc. 500|5000 list, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. GTM®, a nationwide provider of custom-embellished team uniforms, warm-ups and practice apparel, ranked No. 3,442 on the overall 2012 list and ranked No. 175 among consumer products and services companies.

Rankings on the list are based on revenue growth in the past three years. Between 2008 and 2011, GTM Sportswear reported a 55 percent growth in revenue. GTM joins Yelp and giftcards.com, among other prominent brands featured on this year’s list.

In a stagnant economic environment, median growth rate of 2012 Inc. 5000 companies remains an impressive 97 percent. The companies on this year’s list reported creating over 400,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $299 billion.
